Nature of our Practice

We are problem solvers. We hope through negotiation, informed by respect and the understanding of our adversary’s position, we can avoid litigation and resolve significant business disputes and consumer claims efficiently and without rancor. Nevertheless, if we have to litigate we have the resources and experience to succeed. We specialize in consumer protection, complex business litigation, securities arbitrations, corporate internal investigations and white collar criminal defense. Our clients range from individual defrauded investors, classes of consumers, small and midsize businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. We have experience prosecuting and trying cases throughout the United States in both state and federal court.
